As required by our clients, we will aim to employ individuals /professionals paid at a higher hourly rate (up to 25%) instead of having their employment guaranteed. A person is a casual employee if they accept an offer for a job from an employer knowing that there is no firm advance commitment to ongoing work with an agreed pattern of work.
A shift worker is an employee who works shifts and receives an extra payment for working shift hours. We aim in providing employment to individuals/professionals who excel at specific skills and who will be willing to work on shifts as required by our clients. The pay rate would be agreed upon and finalised based on the skill set of an individual and the agreement between the individual and our client.
As required by our clients, we will aim providing employment to the individuals/professionals paid as per normal industry standard for a certain period as agreed by both the parties involved. Employees recruited temporarily can either work full-time or part-time based on an agreement between the client and the employee themselves.
