THE COMPANY

Aussie Recruitment and Training will be providing recruitment services in the Melbourne area in industries/sectors such as Warehousing and Distribution, Transport and Logistics, Manufacturing and Packaging. The specific recruitment services will include:
● Casual Staffing: As required by our clients, we will aim to employ individuals /professionals paid at a higher hourly rate (up to 25%) instead of having their employment guaranteed. A person is a casual employee if they accept an offer for a job from an employer knowing that there is no firm advance commitment to ongoing work with an agreed pattern of work.
● Shift workers: A shift worker is an employee who works shifts and receives an extra payment for working shift hours. We aim in providing employment to individuals/professionals who excel at specific skills and who will be willing to work on shifts as required by our clients. The pay rate would be agreed upon and finalised based on the skill set of an individual and the agreement between the individual and our client.
● Fixed Term contract employment: As required by our clients, we will aim providing employment to the individuals/professionals paid as per normal industry standard for a certain period as agreed by both the parties involved. Employees recruited temporarily can either work full-time or part-time based on an agreement between the client and the employee themselves.
● Permanent contract employment: As required by our clients, we will provide guaranteed employment opportunities to individuals/professionals along with the paid leave entitlements and paid as per industry standards. Employees recruited permanently can either work full-time or part-time based on an agreement between the client and the employee themselves.

Our short-term goal for the first year in the business is to build strong relationships with our clients and gain enough client base and employ at least 50-100 people so that our business starts generating revenue.
